Vegetable Grower from Keilor David Wallace was elected as the new VGA President at the Annual General Meeting held last week.
In receiving congratulations from outgoing President Luis Gazzola, David acknowledged Luis outstanding contribution over the past seven years.
David has many years experience as a vegetable grower and 20 years ago served a term as President, recently holding the positions of Senior Vice President and Treasurer.


A special welcome was extended to newly elected executive member Bill Bulmer from Lindenow.

The AGM and dinner attracted 40 members and guests
Over 40 members and guests enjoyed excellent presentations from IDOs Helena Whitman and Slobodan Vujovic, covering recent grower study tours to WA, the USA and Italy.
Several guest speakers provided thoughtful industry briefs industry briefs on topics of interest to Victorian Vegetable Growers.
