Members of the ‘Growing Leaders’ group gathered in Melbourne in July for their second three-day residential.
The group developed their skills in areas including conflict management, understanding power and working with media.
Since the first residential in Brisbane back in April, the group have been working individually in their businesses and within their industry sector to further develop and enhance their personal leadership skills.

The Growing Leaders Program is designed for people wishing to take up leadership roles at all levels in the vegetable industry – workplace, supervisor or industry representation.
"The focus of the program is to develop an understanding of how make a positive impact in difficult situations that produces constructive outcomes for the vegetable industry as a whole. Participants learn a variety of skills from across the supply chain simply by being in a group that reflects the diversity of the vegetable industry," said Program Manager Jill Briggs.
